Mindpanel Hub Consulting provides facilitated strategic planning workshops for executive teams. Service scope, deliverables, fees, and scheduling are defined in individual written proposals accepted by the client. Website content is informational and does not constitute a binding offer until a proposal is signed.

2. Website use

You may use this website for lawful purposes related to learning about and inquiring about our workshop services. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, scrape content for commercial redistribution, or use the site in any manner that could damage or impair its operation.

3. Intellectual property

Outcomes documents produced during workshops belong to the client upon full payment. We retain the right to use anonymised facilitation methods and general learnings in our practice, but not client-specific content.

4. Enquiries and communications

Information submitted through our contact form is used to respond to your enquiry. Submitting a form does not create a client relationship or reserve a workshop date. A client relationship begins when a written proposal is accepted and a deposit is received.

5. Limitation of liability

Our workshops provide facilitated strategic planning sessions. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue results, or market performance. To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Taiwan, our liability for any claim arising from website use or service delivery is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mindpanel Hub Consulting Co., Ltd. from claims arising from your misuse of the website or your provision of inaccurate information during the enquiry or engagement process.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Keelung, Taiwan.
