What happens in the room

The morning reviews progress against last quarter’s milestones. The afternoon sets three to five objectives for the coming quarter, each with a named owner, a measurable outcome, and a checkpoint date.

Preparation

The CEO distributes last quarter’s objective sheet one week before the session. Each division head prepares a five-minute update on their area’s progress and blockers.
