How the days are structured
Day one focuses on diagnosis: where the organisation stands, what constraints are real, and which strategic questions demand an answer now.
Day two moves to commitment: narrowing the priority list, assigning owners, defining milestones, and writing down what will not be pursued this year.
Preparation required
Participants should block both days fully. The CEO sends a one-page brief two weeks before the workshop. Each participant completes a 15-minute pre-session questionnaire.
