What leaders say about working with us
"We had been circling the same three growth questions for eighteen months. The two-day workshop forced us to rank them, assign owners, and write down what we would stop doing. The document held up when our chair pushed back in the next board meeting."— Lin Wei-Chen, COO, Taichung-based manufacturing group (Executive Strategy Workshop, 2025)
"The facilitator did not let us hide behind vague aspirations. We left with a one-page priority map and quarterly milestones. I would have liked more time on succession planning, but the scope was clear from the start."— Margaret Huang, Managing Director, professional services firm, Taipei (Executive Strategy Workshop, 2024)
"Our board had not had an honest strategic conversation in years. The half-day session gave directors space to raise concerns about our export dependency without it feeling like a vote of no confidence in management."— Dr. Huang Yi-Ling, Independent Director, Hsinchu electronics company (Board Strategy Session, 2025)
"We book quarterly planning every March, June, September, and December. It keeps our division heads accountable. The first session was rough — people were not used to public commitments — but by the second quarter the rhythm was established."— Kevin Tsai, CEO, Kaohsiung logistics firm (Quarterly Planning Facilitation, ongoing since 2023)
Extended account: Family business succession retreat
Client: Third-generation food distribution company, Tainan, 120 employees
Challenge: The founder’s son had been COO for four years, but the leadership team still operated as if the founder made every decision. Two division heads were planning to leave because they saw no path to influence.
What we did: A three-day Strategic Alignment Retreat at a hotel in Chiayi. Day one focused on individual perspectives. Day two addressed whether to expand into cold-chain logistics or deepen existing restaurant supply relationships. Day three produced a communication plan for announcing the new decision-making structure.
Outcome: The leadership team agreed to a dual-track strategy with a named owner for each track. The two division heads who had been considering departure stayed.
