Workshop fees depend on team size, duration, preparation scope, and location. The figures below are starting points for planning purposes.

Executive Strategy Workshop

From TWD 380,000 for teams of 6–10 participants

Includes pre-workshop interviews, custom agenda, two full facilitated days, printed materials, and a written outcomes document.

From TWD 180,000 for up to eight board members

A half-day facilitated session with a written record of strategic themes and follow-up questions.

From TWD 220,000 per session

Single-day facilitation with objective-setting framework and wall-chart output.

From TWD 520,000 for teams of 8–12 participants

Three-day off-site facilitation including extended pre-work and a communication planning module on day three.

Team size: Larger groups require additional facilitator support.
Preparation depth: Standard pre-work includes CEO interview and participant questionnaires.
Location: Workshops outside greater Taipei include travel costs for the facilitator.
Timeline: Engagements booked with less than three weeks’ notice may incur a scheduling premium.

A 40% deposit confirms the workshop date. The balance is due within ten business days after the session. Invoices are issued in TWD.
