How a strategic planning workshop with Mindpanel Hub Consulting works — from the first briefing call through preparation, facilitation, and delivery of your outcomes document.

Every engagement follows the same clear sequence. You always know what happens next and what we need from your team at each stage.

Discovery briefing (45 minutes, no charge)

You describe your organisation, the leadership team composition, and the strategic questions on the table. We explain which workshop format fits and what preparation is involved.

Proposal and date confirmation

Within three business days, you receive a written proposal with scope, agenda outline, fee, and available dates. A 40% deposit reserves the workshop date.

Pre-workshop preparation (2–3 weeks before)

The facilitator conducts a 60-minute interview with the CEO. Each participant receives a short questionnaire. The CEO submits a one-page brief outlining the strategic questions the workshop must address.

Workshop delivery

Sessions run on your premises, at a venue you arrange, or at our Keelung workshop room. Participants should block the full day(s) with no operational interruptions.

Outcomes document (within 5 business days)

After the workshop, you receive a written summary of priorities, trade-offs, owners, and milestones agreed in the room.

Optional follow-up

Many clients return for quarterly planning sessions or an annual strategy refresh. There is no obligation.
