About Mindpanel Hub Consulting

Founded in Keelung in 2016, Mindpanel Hub Consulting facilitates strategic planning workshops for executive teams across Taiwan.

Official business information

Registered name: Mindpanel Hub Consulting Co., Ltd.

Established: 2016

Registered office: Office 7, 28 Test Avenue, Keelung 00000

Mindpanel Hub Consulting was founded in Keelung in 2016 by James Chen and Patricia Wu, who met while facilitating leadership programmes for a Taipei-based business association. They saw a recurring pattern: executive teams in Taiwanese mid-market companies had strong operational knowledge but struggled to carve out protected time for strategic alignment.

The firm started with two-day workshops for manufacturing clients in northern Taiwan. By 2019, the practice had expanded to serve professional services firms, family businesses, and nonprofit leadership teams across the island.

What we do today

We facilitate strategic planning workshops for executive teams. When an organisation needs its leadership team to align on direction and leave with a written plan, we design and run the session.

Our approach

We believe the best strategic plans come from the people who will execute them. Our role is to structure the conversation, hold the room when discussions become difficult, and ensure the output is specific enough to survive contact with a board meeting.

The team

James Chen — Lead Facilitator

James spent twelve years in corporate strategy roles at Taiwanese and multinational firms before co-founding Mindpanel Hub. He holds an MBA from National Taiwan University and has facilitated over 80 executive workshops since 2016.

Patricia Wu — Senior Facilitator

Patricia’s background is in organisational psychology and family business advisory. She leads retreats and workshops where relationship dynamics are central to the strategic conversation.

Mei-Ling Kao — Workshop Coordinator

Mei-Ling manages logistics, pre-session materials, and client communication.

Values we hold in the room

Honesty over harmony. A workshop that produces polite agreement is a wasted two days.

Specificity over vision statements. Concrete quarterly milestones beat abstract vision language.

Your plan, not ours. We do not sell follow-on consulting. The outcomes document belongs to your team.
